Transparency
and traceability.
The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species.
When you choose our caviar, you’re not only enjoying a luxury—you’re supporting ethical sourcing practices. Every tin we offer includes essential details such as the species of fish, the harvest year, and the type of caviar, helping you verify authenticity and avoid low-grade imitations.
The CITES certification on each product is more than a label—it’s a globally recognized standard that guarantees traceability, from origin to table. Just as the location of a vineyard shapes its wine, the species and origin of sturgeon define the true character of caviar.
At PRIMA PICK, we believe transparency matters as much as taste. Indulge responsibly, knowing you’re contributing to the protection of one of the world’s oldest fish species.
At PRIMA PICK, we take pride in offering only sustainably sourced caviar. The majestic sturgeon, responsible for this delicacy, is a protected and critically endangered species. That’s why every step of caviar production is closely regulated under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
Due to these protections, harvesting wild sturgeon from open waters is no longer permitted. Instead, all caviar available today comes from responsibly managed farms where the fish are raised in carefully monitored environments. This ensures the continued survival of wild sturgeon while maintaining exceptional product quality.
